Probably not. Your sponsor (the place of business where you received your certificate) has purchased the Cruise Certificate as a promotional item. The travel costs associated with the certificate are directly related to the contribution that the sponsor made on your behalf. Therefore, it is extremely important that you thoroughly read the Terms and Conditions section on your certificate so that you understand the Fees and Taxes you are required to pay. Regardless of what someone may have told you, this offer is only as it is explained in the Terms and Conditions section of your Certificate.

Based on your cruise guide pricing, we use Carnival Cruise Lines. However, you can request another cruise line which will incur an additional fee.

We have contracts with all the major cruise lines including Carnival®, Royal Caribbean®, Celebrity®, Norwegian®, Princess® and others.

They are the luxury ships offered by the cruise lines listed above, there are no small independent operators used in this program.
You have a choice of three, four, five or six day cruises.
You can choose to sail from Baltimore, Charleston, Ft Lauderdale, Galveston, Jacksonville, Los Angeles, Miami, Mobile, New Orleans, New York, Norfolk, Port Canaveral, San Diego or Tampa.

There are 35 different cruises to pick from with destinations such as Bahamas, Eastern Caribbean, Western Caribbean, Mexico or Canada.

No, accommodations are based on availability.
Once your sailing is selected and cabin is held. Payment is due to confirm reservation.
Yes. Based on circumstance, we would be happy to extend any voucher (as long as you can provide an active file number.)
Yes, it is fully transferable prior to activation.
Your electronic cruise documents and online check-in instructions will be emailed to you 6 - 8 weeks prior to your cruise date.
